PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Smart Base is a 2-in-1 product that combines the properties of both an extra strength rubber base and a color: it's a colored semi-permanent gel base that self-levels. Thanks to its  medium viscosity, it allows for creating reinforcement that enables the levelling of the nail surface while providing buildable coverage. Perfect for strengthening short natural nails or to combine with hard, file off sculpting gels.

• Low acid formula with an optimal PH level for the natural nail and skin around it
• 100% HEMA monomer free
• Low exothermic reaction
• Cure 90 sec in the Gellifique Pro Cure Lamp 
• Medium viscosity makes the product very easy to apply
• Quick self - levelling properties
• Even pigment distribution
• Has higher strengthening properties than Apex Gel Strengthen and an easier soak off removal than Apex Gel Extend
