Order Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 1–2 working days. Most of our customers in Spain receive their orders within 3–5 working days from the date of purchase.
International Orders
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Please allow extra time for customs clearance, which may add a few days to the delivery timeframe.
Peak Season Delays
During busier times of the year — such as the Christmas period — order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. In rare cases where couriers experience high parcel volumes, delivery times may extend up to 7 working days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, your tracking number will appear in your Gellifique® account.
Simply log in and click the tracking number to view delivery updates.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering to ensure suitability.
Standard Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of purchase.

Returned items must be in pre-sale condition – unopened, unused, and with all packaging intact (including internal and external parts).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued within 24 hours of inspection, back to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@gellifique.com with a photo or video of the issue.
You’ll be offered either a replacement or a refund with your next order.
In some cases, we may request that you return the item to us for further investigation/testing by our lab.
